Michael Adjei A.K.A PY, is our Chief Creative Officer and also a co-founder of Marque-Qliniq. PY oversees all the design and creative choices that go into every project at Marque-Qliniq. He has worked as a creative within the advertising industry for over 10 years and has built a unique and highly integrated creative skillset through working for Publicis and Ogilvy.
PY has done outstanding work for DSTv, KFC, Coca Cola, Guinness Ghana, Nestle, KIC (Kosmos Innovation Center), Gold Fields, Société General Bank, Unibank, Absa, Maersk, Ghana Standard Authority, GSK (GlaxoSmithKline pharmacy), WaterAid Ghana, UNICEF, Vodafone, Woodin and Kasapreko.
Chief Creative Officer (CCO) (Ghana)
With a decade of graphic design and art direction experience, Hopeson started out as a self-taught creative. His desire to create was a major motivator in his decision to drop out of his software engineering class at NIIT in 2011. He has since worked in various capacities on major global brands like Nestlé, Renault, P&G, Guinness, Coca-Cola and more through Publicis, The Rave Group and Ogilvy. Being experienced in Graphic Design, Art Direction and UI/UX Design, Hopeson takes an all-around approach in addressing client problems. He also practices Photography and Motion Design as learning hobbies.
Creative Director (Ghana)
Nnamdi is an articulate and confident person who relishes challenges, even if it means working under intense pressure. His greatest strengths are writing, communication and research skills. Over the past decade, Nnamdi has garnered a wealth of experience on consumer perception and human relations; dealing with top brands, including: NESTLE, OLAM, UNICEF, UNHCR, UNIBANK, ACCESS BANK and DONEWELL INSURANCE, while traveling across some West African cities and rural areas.
Lead Copywriter (Ghana)
Lucky is a result-orientated business and market research analyst with experience of conducting, analysing and interpreting customer, competitor and market intelligence across the UK and Africa marketing spectrum on customer segmentations and product categories. Passionate about providing high quality, cutting edge research and having an understanding of the complex profile of consumers and how businesses can tap directly into their habits, aspirations and attitudes. Proven ability in analysing qualitative & quantitative information within the health care, oil and gas and real estate sectors to support and review new and existing marketing and sales strategies. Lucky holds an MBA from the University of Sussex U.K and a BCS in Data Analysis.

Ethe has worked in the marketing and advertising industry in both Nigeria and Ghana and has an immeasurable experience within creating and monitoring multimedia marketing strategies. He combines his sales experience, interests for data analytics, alongside the opportunities to implement ideas and processes based on the results to offer clients unsurpassed services. His interest in quantitative research and real-world application has broadened his knowledge of the marketing and advertising industry. His secondary interest is in the design, development, implementation and maintenance of heterogeneous enterprise databases and applications hosted on-premises Exadata & data appliance, cloud infrastructure such as AWS and Oracle Cloud (OCI).
